RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Conditions
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong items received
- Product not as described
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products should be in good condition and include original packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos of the product
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address by email.
Please do not return products directly to the original shipping address.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–14 business days depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For non-quality issues, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns for products that are heavily used or intentionally damaged.
Customized products may not be eligible for return.
